My wait time was very lengthy. I had a 8:30 a.m appointment, I arrived early. My vehicle wasn't done until after 11:00. So I was not 100 percent satisfied. I saw people leaving before me, who arrived after me. Thanks for servicing my vehicle anyway.

I talked to Dominic on Tuesday the third of September and he quoted me $1500 to install 4 new brake pads turn roters and install sensors on my 2015 Lexus ls460. I set an appointment for 7:00 this morning and met with Joel. He told me $1200 for the front brakes and I believe $791 for the rear brakes plus the cost of the sensors plus tax. Somebody screwed up and I am pissed. I picked up my car and went to Ted Wiens. They quoted me $1260 for replacing all 4 brake pads, turning the rotors and brake fluid flush. Plus $60 per sensor also last Tuesday. T I paid today using Wiens $1375. They kept their word. Lexus of Las Vegas did not. I was going to buy a new Lexus 500 next year. Now I am going somewhere else.

They just couldn’t replicate the issue and won’t fix it unless they can replicate my trunk not opening. I guess I understand but I can’t say I’m completely satisfied tho simply because it still is not fixed
