Kay was very helpful from the day I dropped off my car to the following day when I picked up my Lexus She is very knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles and very good at keeping me in touch via phone or text regarding the status of the repair of my car. She is professional and caring. I like that I am able to see the same person- in this case Kay - each time I bring in my vehicle. I am very pleased with Kay and I hope she plans to stay with Lexus for many years.

I received the service until last year, but I also experienced the new system that was launched this year, and it was great because it was much more convenient and I was able to check the inspection situation through video. And it was great that service advisor “Vahagn Nazaryan”always kindly helped me provide customized service every time I came to receive service. thank you

Just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Lexus of Las Vegas. We always feel like we get the Royal treatment! In the Service department, Vahagan was so thorough! Amanda Punnuchio is absolutely wonderful! I’m surprised she’s not in management to teach others her spectacular ways. I would recommend her and Lexus of Las Vegas anytime!

The entire Lexus Service Team this past Saturday went above and beyond to accommodate my service needs from my original phone call to alert them to my problem, the driving up and dropping off of my car, speaking with the service advisor and being able to provide a Loaner car when many weren’t available that particular day. I can’t “Thank” them all enough for turning my stressful morning into one with tremendous gratitude and appreciation to all of them for caring and correcting my urgent need to get my vehicle taken care of with the utmost professionalism. That is why I have owned at least 5 Lexus’ and will continue to be a faithful Lexus owner for life!!!
