I will personally be requesting my service rep Vahan for all future service appointments. He is knowledgeable and friendly, got me going as soon as I arrived (which was 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment this morning,) and he follows up as asked. Most importantly, I find him to be trustworthy. I am satisfied as a whole and love my car, but truly I feel that he takes great care of me as a customer and I appreciate that.

Service consultant, Kristina fabulous and efficient. Explained everything in detail and getting servicing started was seamless. Picking my car up, another matter. I was advised to sit on the bench outside the service door and my car would be right out. I waited 15 min until the gentleman sitting next to me asked to see the papers I was holding( I thought he was a customer) because he was chatting with the staff. He yelled at someone about getting my car. Didn’t get up, yelled and kept visiting. I waited another 5-10 min. another man approached and asked for the paperwork again. He left, returned about 5 min later and said car was being moved to wash it. I went back inside. Same guy came and got me when car was ready, I opened the car door and smelled this noxious odor. It was really bad, someone had passed gas on delivering the car. I opened the doors and just waited for it to air out. Infuriating and rude!!!!!! I almost came back into the office because I was so pissed but instead I just paced around. How obnoxious can you be??? Do Better!!!

Harry was very nice but just dropping off the car and getting loaner took over 30 minutes. I have just moved from Chicago and used McGrath Lexus for many years. The service department was much more user friendly

Christina is great she went over everything with options gave me a loaner.Kept me informed when the car was going to ready then when i picked it up she went over all the work .I have been in the service industry my whole life she is a keeper for your team
