Service representative Kristina was super helpful and very professional. But I had a unpleasant visit on Monday the 2nd, I was set for 11am on the 2nd, when I arrived there was a long line and my car is gonna block the road so I pulled up in the middle lane where it was empty lane and not blocking any traffic, then I set in my car waiting for someone to come help, a service guy came and very rude telling me don't park there and go back to where I was which my car is gonna blocked to road. So I left and set another appointment for the next day. I wasn't trying to cut the line, but the service guy could be more polite and ask me to move my car elsewhere. For the last couple times I came in for service there were no problem for me to park in the middle lane and wait for someone come to help. If the middle lane is not for incoming vehicles, easily put a sign out. Other than that,everything else was done perfectly and again Kristina was super helpful and professional.
Justin is an excellent listener and Craig the Service Director saw me waiting and was willing to help while Justin was busy with another client. Although we all wish dealership services could be cheaper, the business is run first class and all my issues and concerns were addressed by Justin in an prompt friendly visit.

When i arrived i told them i would be needing a ride to my job. Gave them the address & let them know if i could please have a scheduled pick up at 2pm at my address of work, they said yes, no problem (great). I get a call about 9:40am saying my car was ready for pick up and i let them know that i was at work and that i had a scheduled pick up at my work address, they said perfect. 1:50pm comes around and i get a call saying they were on their way for me (about 20 minutes out) turns out they drove to my home address and not to the address i provided them with. I was very upset as i needed to be somewhere at a specific time and the driver driving from my home address to my work address was going to be far too long of a wait. I called Lexus to express my concern and asked if a Lyft could be scheduled because i was running on a tight schedule. They scheduled a lyft but did not address my concern of no communication with the afternoon driver or the fact that this had happened to me. Very disappointed.
After speaking with a serviceman, notifying them I am here to pick up my car and letting them know who my Service Advisor is and leaving the courtesy service vehicle, I proceeded to wait in the client waiting area for around an hour with no communication from the staff. I decided to walk up to my Service Advisor and check to see if he knew I was there and waiting to pick up the vehicle. I was told that he had not been notified that I was waiting in the lobby. He was able to complete payment, paperwork, and request for my vehicle to be parked outside shortly after.

Yes, I really do like the way I’m always being treated by everyone and I’m always looking forward for my next visit.
My tough is that representatives and technicians must be in one accord. By phone i received a yes for only oil change (17,000). Inside the guy who got my paperwork said.... we cannot do oil change only, you must to go over the 20,000 miles service.
I was not prepared for that and I have to reschedule my appointment.
