Love my car You cannot have it
i just paid $50 to clean my car outside then the Lexus team clean it again with left over water marks. 10 mins waiting time after they texted me that my car is ready. thank you.
My experience yesterday was disappointing. When I called and made the appointment, I asked how long to expect it to take and I was told one hour. When I got to Lexus, I was told it was going to take two hours. My appointment and experience ended up taking over three hours. This was frustrating for me because it wasted my Saturday, I was under the impression I would only be there an hour.

Car does not seem to be repaired. All the sensor lights came back on less than 72 hours after I got my vehicle back.
Was told it would take two hours to change the oil replace filter rotate the tires but 4 1/2 hours later I had to ask where is the car was being washed which I did not ask for since I washed it the day before so my suggestion would be give a realistic ETA in the future and I could Uber home and Earn money driving for Uber sitting there watching TV for 4 1/2 hours

Despite having an appointment waited 30 minutes in the car line to then be sent inside to wait another 20 minutes before having advisor.
When I asked my advisor future appointments if there was a different day or time I should book next time to avoid a near hour long wait Kristen told me “we are a busy dealership you just have to wait”. She then told me it would be 5 hours before my service would be completed despite the call center when I made the appointment I was told it would take 1 hour to 1.5 hours.
I also witnessed a see advisor tell another customer when the customer politely and calmly asked how long his service would take yell at the customer that it always takes time, customer asked how long if he came back on Monday and this advisor YELLED just get back in your car. ( do not know this advisor’s name but he is a heavy set Hispanic man who’s desk is in the corner on the way to lobby).
Strongly recommend you figure out wait times but at minimum warn people of reality and most importantly coach your advisors to not yell.
