My experience at Lexus was great. Top to bottom, from Justin & Don to Luis & the guys in the garage they took very good care of me. I have to also say Thank You to Mark, he is unbelievable and not just great at selling us the car, but following up and taking care of us. Based on our experience, as much as we love the car, the people at the dealership are worth more than their weight in gold. They are the people that make it worth buying a Lexus.
