I was pleasantly surprised to find my Lexus meticulously washed and polished when I picked it up. The service I requested was well done and a little extra. I mentioned that everything in my Lexus worked perfectly except the trunk button. After the oil change my trunk worked just fine. I don’t know what they did (maybe fuse) but it is greatly appreciated. Any work needed on my Lexus will be done with you.

Quick turnaround. Fun loaner to use while my car was being serviced. The combination of the joy I get each day behind the wheel of my RC350 and the speed and ease experienced when it’s time for a trip to the Service Department are why I’ll continue being a happy, loyal Lexus owner. Thank you.

After notifying me that my vehicle was ready for pick up, and I advised the time I would arrive to pick up my vehicle, I had to wait more than a half hour to get my vehicle. I was not impressed.
