Not a long wait good service
I didn’t get a loan car , even though I requested one, knowing that my service won’t be quick due to issues with my passenger back window, so I had to reschedule my appointment! And also I was told by Christina that I have to loose one of my free service because it’s been a year since I bought my vehicle. From my understanding it’s either or and not because it’s been a year , it’s my first service for 5000 miles and I don’t understand why I have to lose another service! So I would like to clarification on that , because it’s not what I’ve been told when I bought my GX . So someone is definitely not saying the truth. So disappointed!!!

I think the detailer forgot to clean my interior other than the carpet. My rims are dirty in spots, the door jams are dirty, the interior looks like some wiped it with a wet dirty towel and did not dry it, the portion between the doors on the outside were not detailed. Honestly other than the carpet being cleaned and air freshener my car is not any cleaner than the wash that comes with every service. I have pictures time stamped from this morning before I drove it for the first time after picking it up last night. I am happy to send them for review.
