I arrived on time for my appt; waited for an hour in the waiting room and received a text message stating I missed my appointment. Spoke with service manager, who found my paperwork, gave me a loaner car to use while vehicle was being serviced. Car was serviced within an hour. Picked up vehicle, which was washed and gas tank filled for my inconvenience. Am appreciative the service manager took care of this misstep.

The rental was disgusting there was so trash, grass, wood chips, and dirt on the floor. The seats were actually covered in white stains it looked someone came on the passenger and back seats. I vacuumed and wiped down all the seats, door handles, and the steering wheel and console bc I didn’t trust anything.
