Vahagn made sure that my service was completed in a timely manner. I advised him that I had an extremely important appointment that I needed to get to after my service appointment. He saw to it that I was done, not only on time, but with 15 extra minutes to spare. I am very happy with the service I received.

I bought my car from you at $110,000 along with the one before for $90k I was getting a new set of tires and they tried the lug nut key and it stripped out so I came on Saturday and bought a impact grade one from you for $55 dollar’s it also stripped so I brought it to your service department and asked them to loosen the two front ones. Your service consultant told me that he couldn’t do it for free it would be $275 I said are you kidding me the wheels haven’t been off the car sense we bought it. I said I need it done so do it and I told him that I will never buy from your company again. To add insult to injury after a two hour wait I got a call they said that they came off easy with the impac gun and I need a break job I said please have my car ready I will pick it up. Now I am not an expert but it probably didn’t take more than 10 minutes I fill like I got totally screwed.
