My service writer is fantastic and helped me greatly with my service. I was very much shocked on the 3800$ quote to replace water pump on 2018 rx350. I always do repairs at dealership but that price seems excessive and I will be looking to have car repaired somewhere else

Every thing was great. My only recommendations would be to have more people available for check ins. My appointment was at 10am and I waited nearly 30 minutes to get someone to do my check in. Aside from that, everything went smoothly.
