I will always go to Lexus because their Service Department is the best! I wouldn’t consider purchasing any other make of vehicle.

Kristina Duvall’s service is world class. She ensured that my service was smooth and that she kept communication throughout. I was able to go to work and didn’t worry about a thing. I was set up with a loaner car and then I forgot my purse in the loaner car. When I communicated this to her, the quick action and care for my personal items, allowed me to sleep well that night. The team got me in and out in under a day when I had an emergency situation. My alternator broke in death valley on Friday, and they had me on the road by Saturday afternoon. Was very grateful and impressed

I find it interesting that after four years of service my oil cap suddenly is a problem, after purchasing new tires 2000 miles ago I need an alignment, with under 48,000 miles my brakes are bad, and my A/C needs a I bring this vehicle in every 5000 miles or so and I’m tired of the hard sell. For the amount of money I’ve paid you and only 48,000 miles in six years this vehicle should be like new.
A courtesy vehicle was not available and I was send back to work in the most unprofessional, unsanitary uber I’ve ever experienced. I own two Lexus and I usually wait for my vehicle to be serviced, but I had to work Tuesday and could not wait 3-4 hours. The worse experience ever with Lexus in my years of service with you all.
