I have purchased at least six Lexus automobiles from you over the years and the service has been excellent. My service technician is Vince and he always knows what I need before I ask. Excellent customer service.
We appreciate the great service that we get from our service advisor, Joel Gooding. He keeps us posted on any work that's being done on our car and we always feel like valued customers with him.
While I feel like a valued guest. I’m still experiencing the same issue that I have had since I drove off the lot. Issue is still not resolved.

Vahagn Nazaryan is an outstanding employee who represents the Lexus brand perfectly with his expertise and great attitude. Additionally, your valet team works incredibly hard and remained friendly throughout my visit.
I believe the frontline sets a high bar, and I would love to see the higher-level service managers follow their lead by consistently acknowledging customers with an open, 'greet and smile' attitude. It makes a world of difference!
