As a first-time Lexus owner, I received outstanding customer service during my first service visit to address a recall issue. From the moment I entered the dealership, I was welcomed and guided by Alan on the service crew. Alan explained the loaner procedure, walked me to the lounge and assured me my service advisor would meet me shortly. Justin Bishop was prompt, friendly and welcoming to the Lexus family. Justin explained the process, exceeded my expectations on the turnaround time and secured my service business. Not only do I love my car, I love the experience. Thank you, Team Lexus, well done!

I dont have problems everytime i request schedule for my car maintenance. Staff are so professional and courteous. I always go to Javier. He is good as a service consultant. He explained well status of my car and answered my questions. He’s honest.

Oil change for $190 is too expensive. I will go to Toyota next time. The staff was excellent, not their fault you’re overpricing.
