I just sent in the survey I received directly from Lexus. I told them that I always receive superior service from your dealership each and every time. I told them that you probably had a new customer for life. On a completely unrelated note - I never did receive a link to a video vehicle inspection. I thought this was really cool after my first service visit. As this most recent visit was only my second routine service visit, Is this something that does not occur at each service? No worries, if not - I just wanted to make sure that I did not miss something. Thanks again for your superior customer service!

Overall, I was satisfied with the quality of work; however, I encountered a specific issue concerning my vehicle's care.
I explicitly requested that the car not be washed to avoid potential paint damage from automatic brushes. Despite this, the vehicle was washed against my instructions. I have already discussed this with my Lexus representative, who noted the error and indicated that management would be notified to address any resulting scratches during a future weekday visit.
While I appreciate the dealership's willingness to rectify the situation, arranging an additional appointment during a weekday presents a significant inconvenience given my current work schedule.
