The staff were great however, I was not told that my tires were needing change. I had my tires checked for the alert signal is on 2 days after having my “detail check” service done at Lexus. When my husband took it to a car shop, my tires all have leaks and issue will be re-current. All tires ended up being changed.

The team at the dealership made it easy to be a customer. They took care of my car, made sure I had something to drive while they worked on it, and made sure that they took care of all the difficulties so I didn’t have to.
