Surprised but not upset or inconvenienced. Would have thought Lexus would have provided towing but I had to contact my insurance to have the car towed from my garage. No problem, all went well and I got my car back the next day. Thanks to all at Lexus of Las Vegas for their outstanding service! Vince Camino, my service contact, is the best!
Excessive push to upsell services. I brought car in for recommended service. Not to select services from 3 service options. Labor costs and supplies outrageous. VERY DISAPPOINTMENTED. Why would I buy 4 air pressure sensors when only 2 were bad? Not a good day Lexus reputation.

I do feel like either Lexus quality has declined or dealer service departments are trying to make up for shrinking sales profits. I could own a Lexus 12 years and 250K miles and have no non-standard maintenance. Now it's $4-8K a year of repairs that simply should not be. If I wanted that, I would've bought a Benz , BMW or Audi. Very disappointed and may now break a 6 car Lexus string.

We were very happy with how we were treated. We were disappointed after driving 120 miles each way and leaving the car for the day that our wheel was not repaired as we requested when we scheduled our appointment. We purchased a package when we bought the car that covers curb type damage. This was acknowledged & requested when our was appointment was made. In fairness, we did not re-iterate this when we talked to the service advisor this morning over the phone. Does your business not have the ability to make notes in the system for ALL customer requests?
