I had an unpleasant experience. Road assistance driver was rude. The assigned service agent on the day of my appointment had day off. When the towing truck dropped off my car I had nobody at the service to help me. I talked to a sales person Krystal Reyes about the rudeness of the tow truck driver and she said to me: you are difficult to please. Finally Don Turner helped me to arrange to service my vehicle. When I was picking up my car Don Turner told me that service department of Lexus doesn’t diagnose vehicles. The customer needs to know what needs to be fixed before the customer brings the vehicle. My understanding I need to take my car to a mechanic for diagnose to find out what needs to be done and only after that I can take my car to Lexus service and tell the service representative what needs to be fixed. I believe this is a very poor service.

My service guy was great as usual, but the new young guy who checked me in from outside wasn't very kind of respectful. Before he handed me back my id and insurance, he dropped my id on the striped side scratching it possibly and didn't care to say excuse me or sorry because he wasn't being very careful with my personal items. When he gave me my car back at the end of the day, he still wasn't personally kind of friendly.
