Appt was for 10:00 am. Was told 1 hour and a half wait by service advisor. Was told loaner had to be reserved in advance which I understood. I had to get dropped off for an appointment and did not receive any call or any updates. I called around 1:45 pm and my service advisor did not have a solid estimate of when my car would be done and then told me that waiting customers have priority over the people who leave.. did not feel like a valued and considered customer after hearing that.

These is a problem with the glove box compartment, when in the resting closed position the door has a noticeable differential in the close position that is not completely closed tight with kit movement. I looked at New BMW X5 and new. Cadillac XT5 there glove box are tight and. Snugged please forward to your appropriate chain command. And let me know the outcome. Marvin W
