The advisor that helped me was awesome! He took care of my needs promptly and got my car maintenance earlier than expected. I was told two hours but I got my car back 20 minutes early. Also he made sure it was covered by warranty. Really appreciate that. This is why I’m sticking with Lexus as my car of choice. In fact, I already ordered my third RX 450h Lexus which should be coming in next week.
