Kay was excellent as always but the appointment took longer than expected. When I was ready to leave your service guys had misplaced my car keys. Not Kay’s fault and uvs been going to you for years but that was bs. Whoever misplaced my keys shouldn’t be kept on

I requested that tire pressure be left unchanged; in fact, it says so in writing on my paperwork. When I brought my car in, TPMS showed 34 PSI in all four tires. When I got home, TPMS showed as much as 41 PSI in one of the tires. What part of “Do not change tire pressure” did the service tech not understand?
