Was towed with water spilled on 4 wheel console. out. Vahagn ordered diagnostic....Walter gave ride Got notice about 1 & called around 2, left message REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION....timing belt, e Came in next morning & had to wait over an hour fo Wash was nice but V very busy. Seemed to be only one helping customers. J Winter

An excellent experience with my first service at Lexus of Las Vegas. The Service Consultant, Joel Gooding, was a pleasure to deal with, giving regular updates and a clear explanation of the work being done. I will be back for all future services.
