V. Was gracious at car check in and answered a few questions I had at close out. Also, Caesar showed me a few more options on at navigation screen and where to look for shortcuts in general. All around a pleasurable experience.

Was towed with water spilled on 4 wheel console. out. Vahagn ordered diagnostic....Walter gave ride Got notice about 1 & called around 2, left message REQUIRES IMMEDIATE ATTENTION....timing belt, e Came in next morning & had to wait over an hour fo Wash was nice but V very busy. Seemed to be only one helping customers. J Winter
