I appreciate the service I received. Great customer care. However I have a notification on my screen about my parking brake not being good or something like that. I didn’t have that on before bringing it in. I believe it’s probably a small fix. I intend calling the office tomorrow or Monday.

Shannon that took my call was great! She was understanding, supportive, and helped me with a plan of action. When I arrived at dealership and checked in with the young man outside he was courteous and friendly.
My interactions with Henry in the service dept were different.
I explained my situation which was very stressful to me. I had been at jiffy lube for an oil change on 3/12 and they showed me the brake pads were unsafe on the rear wheels. I did call dealership about scheduling a brake repair, but it could not be done the next day and I was driving back to Wyoming on 3/15 so trying to take care of this before leaving Pahrump where my husband works. Due to time restraints I brought the car back to Vegas on 3/13 and the brakes were installed at Jiffy Lube, but when the brake fluid was replaced the mechanic said there was a leak in the line. He could not find the part and said the car was unsafe to drive. I told him I needed to get the car to Lexus. No wrecker was available for hours and it was already after 2pm so I decided to go ahead and drive the car to dealership against his advice. I told this to Henry. He said he would never take his Lexus to Jiffy Lube! Well normally I wouldn’t either, but I was pressed for time and I did not need any shaming at this point. He said it would be up to a couple of hours before they could even look at it. He was smug and disinterested as he told me there were people ahead of me.
I told him I may be interested in buying a new car and would that speed up the diagnostic process. He said “no, we are 2 separate entities…this is service and they are sales, you will need to talk to them”. I said well both entities have the same owner! At that point I was done with him and his callous attitude which reminded me of dealing with a government employee.
I did make my way to the sales dept and had a great experience and bought a new car. I did not have any more communication with Henry thank goodness.
Service was quick and efficient. I was provided a good assessment and diagnosis of the car.

How is a valued guest treated? A basic waiting and a 3 hour wait for a 30,000 mile maintenance service. It is what it is. Nothing special

Joel is terrific. Professional and friendly. However, your prices are off the charts and ridiculous for repairs. I doubt I will be back. You are simply ripping the customer off. I’m beyond irritated and disappointed.
