My adviser Kay was on vacation I had Vince and he was Amazing treated me well and professional. The gentleman that took my car back was so polite and well mannered I think that was the first time a service writer opened the door for me. High 5 for him not sure of his name. My car was done before end of day and thank you for the loaner. I was able to run my errands. I love ?? Alexis if Las Vegas!!

Serviceman Vince didn’t look right outside the door for me, I was sitting on the bench. It wasn’t crowded in the lounge. Closed my appointment and had to reopen it.. I was early, too. I was told the rotation was no charge when I made the appointment but was charged for it. I told Vince I didn’t want a car wash, that it was snowing and raining in Pahrump. He washed it anyway!!! I have a decal on my rear view window that’s delicate, I told him that, too. He still had it washed it and the decal for my deceased son is now damaged. Also, the washers left water all over the inside INCLUDING MY SEAT, BLACK WATER drops. I wiped it off and it’s slightly stained. Very disappointed.
