Very satisfied with the service
As always, very satisfied with service. Javier is very accommodating and will tell you the condition of the car. He’s a great service advisor. He’ll tell you what sevices you need on the next service schedule.
Dropped off the vehicle for the schedule maintenance. The service advisor was not willing to clearly explain what is the actual schedule maintenance on my vehicle, I had to ask him several times before he clearly explain, i am not happy about that. I’m going tofind a different dealer to service my vehicle from now on,.The advisor’s stock up behavior is totally unacceptable. Keep in mind that I could put him in his place right there and then but I did not wanna bring myself to his level, somebody needs to talk to him and make him understand to do better job explaining stuff, and not making assumption that people know, I will contact Lexus customer relationship to report this incident so hopefully it does not happen to anybody else

Good afternoon, the team was wonderful. The only complaint I have was the automated system sent my husband John a text that said we missed our Appointment. I was the one that brought the car in to have it serviced and he was very worried I hadn’t made it to Vegas, we live in Southern Utah. He tried calling me but I didn’t hear the call. I’m just wondering why he would have received a text that said we missed our Appointment when I was even early to my Appointment.

The Prius offers a two year complementary service. I'm surprised that the Lexus luxury service is only for a year.
Kay was very friendly and professional and she gave us updated status of the service.
The service I received from Lexus was absolutely amazing special thanks to Don Bushmire and Justin. They are. Awesome keep up the good work guys.
