I was in the waiting room and instead of someone coming to tell me that my car was ready, I received a phone call and a text message. I car was washed and not dried. Nor was it vacuum. I had a quarter in my cup holder and it was taken.

I brought my car in for service at 8am for a throttle body cleaning. I got it back around 10am still Engine maintenance light on. A coolant valve needed replacing again after it was replaced last September which I paid for. They did not finish my car until 2pm. I brought a Toyota from you guys because of reliability now I have thoughts and Questions about Toyota and the Dealership

On the bill I received after payment I saw other conditions going on with my car that were not mentioned to me and it would have been appreciated if these matters has been mentioned and how soon I should take care of. Very concerning!!!
