I had an excellent experience with Toyota. Symone Minter was professional and pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The car was in great condition after service. The transporter was professional and helpful. These are reasons I continue to do business with Advantage Toyota. Thank you!

Everything was fine, I would say the young man who did the service on my vehicle needed to speak up in the service video. I would have like to hear what feed back on my vehicle.

I paid for brakes, front and back, but was never shown the paper that outlined my back brakes were in the green area with the front in yellow. The back brakes could have waited, but this paper was stapled in the middle of my paperwork after paying the bill. My previous advisor always showed me the paper which helped with making an informed decision. Also, when I advised I had a coupon after being provided the original estimate, I was told it expired. I then asked to whom I may speak and was then told it was a joke. In summary I felt robbed today and would have been robbed of even more money in one visit had I not resisted the many attempts to upsell (I understand that's a requirement, but still too much when one has declined.

Nick was professional, took care of my every request, answered all my questions, and was sympathetic to my financial situation, so I could purchase a new battery in addition to my oil change. I am now retired and on a fixed income, so every little bit helps.
