Steven was very nice and very kind to me, I don’t get that all the time when I come there for service so I’m very grateful for him.He had patience with me when I had death in my family.He followed up with me and called to make my appointment when everything was done with my family l really appreciate that.And today’s service was fantastic with him and Ulo(I think that’s how you spell his name)Very professional mechanic,I always would like for him to work on my truck. I didn’t want to come back after that big blow up with the other manager, but Steven took care of me very professional!!GIVE HIM A RAISE ????

It took two hours for an oil change. That is way too long when it is a new vehicle. I know you all do an inspection, but that is visual.

It was shocking and disappointing when my car didn't start after having been serviced. I am, however grateful that management thought enough of my patronage to adjust the cost needed to purchase a new battery.

I spent $800 for service that I was told was the problem. Now 3 days later my check engine light is back on. So I am not happy as I do not have money for the dealership to “fish” around to figure out what the problem is and I don’t now want to have to spend hundreds of more dollars for a new “issue” that they will now say is the problem. Which makes me wonder if what I’ve already paid for was the problem in the first place

Wanted to charge me $501.97 for a battery and I requested why the tire light is coming on was told because of the cold which my tires were check before hand by my husband and the light was still on. I ask before I left how was the tire light issue was told it was due to weather and if I wanted it check it would be $100 and something just to look at it. But right when I left from the brake service the light came back on. And been on ever since
