I was in for service and the wait was very reasonable. This is the third time I’ve come to Advantage Toyota for service, and as long as I continue to receive the professional service I’ve received, I will continue to have both my vehicles serviced with Advantage Toyota. My check engine light came on last week and I brought my vehicle I. For service beginning with a diagnostic test. $800+ later the same light came 4 days later. I don't understand why the diagnostic test did not capture all of the issues with my car. It appears that the fuel needed to be cleaned due to bad fuel. In addition, other issues were identified and listed in red for immediate action.. however, when I pick the vehicle up, I was told the brakes are wearing, but it wasn't necessary to get them done right away. I am grateful for identifying when there are issues with my vehicle, but I phyllis, though I'm being nickel and dime for services that are not needed. When I picked my car up last week, my passenger front seat was pushed all the way back into a reclining position as if someone was asleep in my car. In addition, I got an oil change in the old sticker was left along with the new sticker which has never happened before I advised the representative who said someone may have rode in the car with the technician to test drive it the car seat was all the way back like someone laying down not riding. I've purchased several vehicles from this Toyota and haven't had any issues like this before. I was quite disappointed. I hope this is not indicative of future service.

Engine light still coming on after receiving new car battery. Toyota did not ensure my clock was set with correct time or if my radio was working which it is NOT working now. Was working when I brought it in. Asked 3 different people to see if they could schedule my car to get it washed. It was not washed when I picked it up.

I’m an old lady who only drive in the area, no night driving or expressway driving. My car is 18 years old and I want to feel as safe as possible in my old car. I want to get my car serviced as close to my home as possible. Advantage Toyota provides excellent service that is in my driving area.
