I waited 3 hours for my service when my appointment was at 8 am. They totally forgot about my car. Also the Tech that finally serviced my car lied saying he did the multi inspection and he didn’t . I Had put a complaint in to the manager. This was the worst experience at Toyota that I had trying to get my car serviced here at the Calumet City dealership! I was so upset! I let there with a migraine headache!

I did not appreciate the vibe when I was there. There was no personal contact to let me know my car was ready. Everything was done electronically digitally. No further explanation of why my car was in need of maintenance totaling over $700 dollars when I was scheduled for just a routine oil change.

They were courtesy and completed everything in the time they told me when I first arrived. They honored my coupon and advised me of the additional maintenance needed for the car. My car drives as good as it did the day I bought it in 2020

I believe keeping up the customer with updates on their car/truck would be helpful. I was there for 2hrs and I had to ask for an update. Also I noticed my truck was completed but it took them 10-15 min to give me the paperwork and the person who completed my paperwork was talking with a coworker and didn’t start my paperwork until one of the techs asked if I needed help. And he told her I was waiting. The cashier was very sweet and had great customer service so kudos for her!

They need to fix my account, because anytime I shows up for maintenance of my car they always ask my to pay. I don’t know why, because I have full warranty on it.
