came in for an oil change . Emonie Williams was very polite and knowledgeable about the additional service. Battery terminal and Element Air fitter that was recommended by technician. Although,l came in for a oil change. He took the time to inquire about the cost to repair my hinges and bolts for my trunk. I was impressed because I was told that I had to take it to an auto body shop by: Toyota in Matteson. I recommend Emonie to assist me with all my visits at Advantage River Oaks Toyota. I look forward to have my trunk service soon. Thank you. Emonie
