Brandon was very professional. He advises me of the problem and saw that it was taken care of. He explained that my tire had to be ordered and it should be there in a timely fashion. He got me a ride home and back to pick up my car when the repair was done. I was very pleased with his service.

no communication. I dropped it off Monday. They said they didn’t have time to figure it out. I brought it back Saturday. They couldn’t even get it repaired. I left it for Monday. They still couldn’t get it fixed finally Tuesday I got to pick up my truck That no vehicles for me to drive. Also I had to call. Nobody called me and let me know what was going on. I told him what was wrong with him Monday when I dropped it off. They said they didn’t have enough time to troubleshoot it let me drive it all week , which made it worse. And they didn’t have the right parts in stock to do the job so it was a very disappointing experience. I would never recommend Advantage Toyota service department to anybody for anything.

The service provider I dealt with was great;, however it was the rest of the service department that had me concerned as a first time customer! There was an altercation between a customer and someone else in the service department that took place in the center of the entry; and the mechanics were standing around laughing and joking at the situation! Secondly one of the service member walking around with pink over head headphones on, having a phone conversation where he was using vulgar language out loud walking around the service area! This is not the environment that I expect when bringing my vehicle in for service!
