I was not completely satisfied but I don’t want to leave a negative mark on Zach he was a good guy. Frankly you charge too much and I’m not certain your findings are trustworthy but you are one of the only Subaru dealers in Chicago, so people are kind of stuck with you. I think you could come down on those prices and still pay your staff a livable wage. God bless

My wife took her car in for the oil change and after the person rotating the tires broke a component my wife was asked to pay for it even though it was broken by a Subaru employee. $100 at that for less than 45 minutes worth of work including an oil change. Had she not called me to ask me about it, she would have paid for it and our extended warranty would not have been taken into account. We have given this dealership a chance a few times due to the proximity but we will be going back to Grand where I can count on not feeling like my wife is being taken advantage of.

My car was damaged by the auto associates. I received 2 scratches on the body of my car from a car wash. And whoever drove my car ripped my leather driver side seat. When I came initially to get my car serviced, there was nothing wrong with my leather seats. Then, after my car was serviced, all of a sudden, my seats had rips and scratches in them, and I was told that was from wearing and tear, but when I came in, there was no such wear and tear on my seats. When I brought my car back to the shop to get the scratches and the leather seats addressed one scratch was buffed out the other scratch. Looks as if it was partially glazed over however, there is still paint missing from the scratch. Also, there was no paint put back under the glaze so now it just looks like a scratch with clear coating on it, I’m not happy with the work that you all did at your store. I will not be back and I will be telling everyone that I know not to go there especially not to get their car serviced because you all will damage their car and you will not take any responsibility for it. Not to mention when I brought the car back and the manager was very rude to me and explaining how my Car had wearing Terell on it on the leather seats when I tried to explain to her I’ve had that car for a year and there was nothing wrong with the seats when I brought it in. And she still very rudely did nothing but tell me I did it myself only looking at it for a brief moment I won’t be back

I had two less than favorable experiences at Subaru of Countryside and was happy to discover that there is a dealership closer to home. Zachary was knowledgeable and friendly and kept me informed and up to date on my services. The facility is beautiful. Five star experience all around. Thank you.

Very happy with the interactions. Just a couple points - somethings wrong with your phone/voicemail; and I would have appreciated some advance info on the battery exchange settlement — but I’m glad you guys made it right and I got the replacement battery. I’ll be back in the fall for tires!

Not greeted when I pulled in, which they do at Orland Store. Walked in someone walked right past me like I was invisible. Waited while oil was changed, crazy noise level. Customer talking on her phone as she was at home in her office, music playing, and television on! Had a headache when I left.
