Jim was great! And I have never encountered an issue with your service… but was sold a “preventive” tire balance (after a routine tire rotation as it had not been done per his records in some time?).
Yet it didn’t appear to need it even after several rotations over 50,000 miles. But, ironically, now it does! As the steering wheel now vibrates (oscillates) at certain speeds on a smooth road. I will return soon to remedy the matter. No fault of Jim’s! But it it ain’t broke… don’t fix it? Preventive maintenance is not always necessary:).

I have another vehicle currently being serviced at a different dealership's shop.The service Toyota and Amanda provided is far superior to the other shop. Toyota's service is transparent and staff is friendly abd professional.

Already spoke with service manager. My vehicle was dropped off after issues, and they did what they could to fix the monetary portion but getting my vehicle back with the grease all over my rims like it was just slapped together was just adding insult to injury especially after being told on the phone how sharp the tires looked. I took my vehicle to the car wash as it was going there the night they put the wrong tires on my vehicle and I never made it and after a wash it came off. Amazing I buy 3 brand new vehicles from Toyota and the quality or respect seems to have declined. I will admit this is the 1st issue we have had at this Toyota dealership to this extent but the 2nd time a monetary error was created. We had to be credited before when I caught another error. I use to be a service writer and I was use to Chevrolet trying to take advantage of woman however Toyota never did and now it seems like that's exactly what's happening. We were looking at replacing both vehicles now we are rethinking Toyota.
He was personable, explained recommendations, & was respectful.
Amanda was excellent she provided me with extra professionalism and made me feel special. I have other repairs needed and will definitely be calling for further appointments.
I think sometimes staff is so easy to communicate service needs if there’s a simple drive up! Even for a simple thing like changing out the battery
