Sarah turned a bad situation around and I wish I had completely dealt with her from start to finish. Everybody that walks through your doors matters. You have employees that go out of their way to make customers wait when they're the only ones there. Refusing to make eye contact and clearly being rude and unwelcoming. If my car hadn't been towed there I would have left just from that as it clearly was a sign of everything that would follow. Simply is not the world-class service Toyota is known for

After hours pickup needs attention. If sales associates are not able to arrange ride share for customers, then do not offer late vehicle pickup outside of available service hours or allow sales associates to arrange ride shares.
