Sarah did a great job! The Lyft driver has taken a 30 year old hand held computer I left in the backseat of a rented Jy and Lyft seems powerless w get it back. It has great sentimental value and I called this driver befo he picked up his next cut and. told me he could see it on his backseat and would return it right after dropping his next customer off. He has given both Toyota and Lyft a black eye. I should thank your dealership would want to know I this driver has insurance to cover me if he was in an accident and I was injured. What liability would Toyota have, since Toyota’s records have him registered as driving a Hyndi (sp). I spoke with both companies and no resolution regarding my computer.

Tech left a bolt to the glovebox on the floor mat. I was going to consider having timing belt replaced there for $1,500, but do not feel confident in the quality control of work performed. Asked about fixing air suspension, advisor was dismissive and didn’t seem interested in informing or gaining info on how issues are diagnosed regarding air suspension.
