Truck was damaged. No idea who but didn't drop it off with its first door ding. Unfortunate. Fix it and move on. They should have told me they did it and ate it though. It's a 75k truck did they really think I wouldn't notice a ding on my door?? The first ding??
I appreciated Scott’s quick attention to a concern I had that may or may not have originated with my last service (oil change). I had noticed a loose flap on the underbody of my Prius. He got it back to the service department and they quickly determined a clip was missing and they got it fixed right up with no charge to me. It took less than 1/2 an hour and I was expecting a much longer stay, as I was a walk in.
Strather was very helpful and communicative, and he checked in with me several times to let me know what was going on.
Scott is great, he made sure that my time was valued and his team’s work was excellent, I’m so glad I have someone reliable to take my car too.

So There aee some discrepancies. I asked you not to rotate my tires. BUT YOU PUT ON THE SERVICE invoice that you did rotate my tires. So even if
You didn't rotate my tires you may habe charged

LET ANY AIR OUT OF MY TIRES. AND you left me with with tires that were not all the same pressure. So after the service I had to go put
air in all 4 tires.
