Well, I made appointment but feel like it didn’t matter. My appointment was 10:15 am. Was brought in 9:56 am. And at 11:36 am lukas called ask had I heard any thing, he sitting in lobby, and went to Scott and states 2 more in front me, and that he would be another 45 mins wait time.
I had appointment to be to at 1:15 pm for arrival of 1:00 pm. Please take mind my drive time 20 mins from my job. Also lukas needed be somewhere at 12:15 pm. So instead of service provide update lukas at like 11 am it taking little longer, how can we help. Both me & him had jump

This shouldn’t be expected.. You guys offer service. But some of your advisors do not have people skills.
If they did I would not be getting someone each time. Also as a human we have bad days & not allowed to make mistake & go on. So why do the advisors/ assistants manager get hold over humans head.

Charles was very professional
Painless and a huge support improvement compared to what I’m used to with other manufacturers and dealers
Scott was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions reviewed everything with me after my car was fixed and I was on my way. He also made sure I had a Lyft driver to and from the dealership.
Had an appointment and after checkin we were told it would be 2 hour wait. Although they offered to take us somewhere we had driven 45 minutes and had nowhere to go. Very disappointed

Charles is a human that needs to be protected at all costs. Throughout my visit, he was kind and understanding. Sitting at the center for my 1.5 hour service, I watched Charles interact with customers with the utmost respect, addressing everyone by sir/ma’am, explaining issues with their respective cars in a way that makes sense. Charles doesn’t use advanced lexicon or make you feel inferior. He treats you like a human being, which is very refreshing. He and Sarah are wonderful and I always love bringing my Corolla in to get it serviced with them.
