Ashley is great. I appreciated her friendly and energetic customer service as well as her ability to explain what was done to my car and upcoming issues that I’ll need to consider in a manner that I (a very car-illiterate person) could understand.
I already talked with Dan. Very poor communication, nothing was fixed,
including resetting the dashboard compass, which you said you would do. Scott was dismissive and borderline rude to both me and my son.
When a small error occurred when picking up my vehicle that was serviced, Jordan did a great job rectifying the issue. He did above and beyond what I expected. Well done!
JP is excellent. Always greets you with a smile. Knows your vehicles history prior to greeting you. Informs me of all recommendations required for my Tacoma. Definitely my preferred service advisor

When the car was dropped off I was told it would be one hour and twenty
Minute. I dropped off the car at 0800. I was waiting at about 1010am, I contacted service and was told it would be 20 minutes. After almost another hour it was done. I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I had to alter my schedule because it took so long. I think I should be given another free oil change for this huge inconvenience. Janet Gomes ****-****-xxxx
