Very efficient and got my vehicle done quickly.
I ended up rescheduling my initial appointment because when I arrived for it I was told service was backed up due to crane work that had been taking place that day. The service rep asked if I wanted to reschedule which I did. Although it was irritating to have to make a second trip, it worked out well. Service was fast and smooth.

Disconnect between the staff ordering parts and the staff fixing the problem. In fact had multiple conversations with Kurt to order parts only to arrive and the first person I talked to said they didn’t have a Curt working there. The part ordered was wrong, as it turned out the guy who actually fixes the problem said I need an entirely different part. I ended up having to replace a side mirror which that was $1000 and then somehow both the service department and the guy fixing it ‘forgot to mention” that the side mirror also has to be calibrated and oh that’s another $1000. I received an apology for that not being communicated. But from the first moment I pulled up to get the initial part picked up and installed and the guy in the drive up lane was like “ I don’t know a curt who works here” should have been the first clue that I probably needed to take the car elsewhere to be fixed. Honestly, I’m not sure why there is such a disconnect between the people ordering the part with the people fixing the problem. But many red flags here as a customer. Should I need something other than tire rotation and an oil change more than likely going elsewhere for service/repair. Pretty disappointed in the whole process. Spend a lot of money buying a car here and to have this sort of service just really is frustrating for sure. There is more from this experience that I could elaborate on on, but not sure it’s worth even getting more detailed about it. Overall, 1/10 experience.
Ashley was very polite. Kept me informed on the things needed to fix issue. Got right in at appointment time. Didn’t take very long to fix. Great service department. Everyone was friendly while I was waiting. Thank you Ashley & the service team. Job well done.

There’s always room for improvement! If the appt goes longer than the estimated time, it would be nice to just have the tech let you know it’s running late and apologize for it taking longer than expected.

I came in for a tire rotation. I wish someone had suggested, when I made the appointment, the tires be aligned, also. (I thought alignment was part of the service, like most places do.)
Now I have to book a separate appointment to get the alignment.
