I am very tired of scheduling recall appointments and being told all the parts are there and ready and then I drive an hour down there and I am told oh we don’t have the parts. I made three trips to get my tonnel cover recall taken care of and now I am on try number three for the fuel line fix. I currently own four Toyota vehicles, one of which is almost 30 years old. Crap like this makes me reconsider buying another Toyota.

This is the 3rd time I've used the service and the last. It's taken 3 hours or more for a scheduled oil change on all 3 instances. What's the point of scheduling something that should take 30 minutes or less? Instead, I have to spend all day at the dealership. I am very dissatisfied!
Service was great and employees were great, but it has never taken 2 hours before for an oil change and tire rotation.
Car was in shop for 8 days. Had front camera alert issue. Went to pick it up after being told that it was ready for 2 days. When picked it up, advisor had no idea what camera issue I was talking about was “I wasn’t the one working on your car”. Was called 1 day after dropping it off asking what caused the issue, unknown. When I went to pick it up, asked what the camera issue ended up being, they were unable to recreate. Had to drive it myself to get the alert to trigger, was only 5 minutes of driving. Very sad that it took the customer 5 minutes to recreate the camera alert yet car was in shop for 8 days. Unfortunately this had led to my dissatisfaction, potential to look elsewhere for service.

Steven (and everyone else I dealt with) was extremely professional and polite. They were busy, yet never acted as if my questions were an inconvenience. They took care of my 60k mile service quickly and at an affordable price and gave me feedback on things to watch for with my car in the future.
