Excellent customer service. I had to turn in my truck ahead of appointment time because it wouldn't run and Randy offered a loaner car to help out. Definitely went above and beyond and explained everything to me step by step when my truck was being looked at. Will continue to come here with old-school service with class. Thank you.

Jp was very polite and very professional. He was very clear about the service being completed and the next service interval coming up.
Although I had to bring my car back for leaking after an oil change last week, Scott was very accommodating (even after my appointment could not be found) kn the schedule) and I communicated the problem that was discovered. The service was expedient and I’m confident there will be no further leakage, however, if a problem continues, I’m comfortable contacting Scott.
The staff seemed a little bit unknowledgeable. One guy would refer me to another and the 2nd guy would say "well, ask the first guy!". What should be a simple question turned into a big hint and I never really got a straight answer
Ashley was great. But waiting in the new customer lounge area was miserable. It was freezing! Maybe the dealership could stock up on "airline" blankets to disperse when it's cold and windy out. The cavernous space just can't retain heat! Thanks. Again Ashley was very attentive and helpful.
