Oh. Didn’t think the first question was going to be the only question. I think everyone did a fine job, no issues there. Wasn’t going to mark anyone down on their review for it, but it seemed a tad rushed at the check-in, when I was trying to ask for more specific services to be rendered, but got scooted along into the pipeline of an oil change and fuel induction service. I was literally trying to pay y’all more money.
Hes always amazing. I see him since we moved here almost 3 years ago. Always with a smile and feel great when I walk in there. Always discuss the beat options for my rav. Kevin rocks!!!!

The representative was unkind when I came to pick up my vehicle. She pointed out that I didn’t respond to her text or phone call. I was a little surprised because I called and spoke with a woman and talked about how I wanted to proceed. Also, she didn’t mention a benefit of me paying for a 3 oil change purchase, and handed me an invoice for an overpriced oil change and tire rotation. Though when I asked about it, she said “That’s why I was trying to call you.” I let her know I I teach 5 grade, and have no breaks, I dropped off my car before work, picked up after,, spoke with someone at Toyota about my desired work, and had my ringer on in the classroom all day long. Being kind and being respectful are important while trying to promote your business. Maybe some of your service members need a reminder.
