When I purchased the civic, the contract included to have the headliner stains removed. I was informed it was cleaned and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, the stains hadn't been touched. They rushed and took the car to the back and "cleaned" it. When I looked at it again, the stains weren't touched. I was left with no choice but to leave, because me sending it back wasnt going to get the job done...now I'm stuck with a dirty headliner even though it was in contract to have it cleaned.
Kai and Dylan were great! They stayed late to help us get all the paperwork done so we could drive home to Alamosa that night! We will be back!
