Despite a power outage this morning, our car was serviced today!
This is not Randy's fault but the price of the three oil change package I was quitted on the phone was different than what I was charged when I got here. Apparently because it went up in May although I made the appointment in late April
JP knows customer service and customer satisfaction. He is why we keep coming back.
Would appreciate it if the quote provided when I first scheduled my appointment matched the actual total at the end of the service. Felt a little cheated as I was told it would be about $350 with labor fees and the cost of the key, but it turned out to be $585 which is basically my car note. It felt like you guys changed your mind and decided to charge more than what was initially promised, and definitely makes me think twice about whether or not you have my best interest.
JP did a great job keeping me informed of the status of the vehicle. It took longer than expected but I didn't mind since I was an hour and a half early for my appointment. So happy that JP squeezed me in.

I still want to get my fob replaced because it’s a real pain when it doesn’t work properly. It only works intermittently and of course it always works when we bring it into the shop.

I actually worked with Ian, who did a great job. Service was timely, and communication was great.
Working with Ian was a learning experience for him. I will share that after working with Ian, Dylan and Dan I am satisfied. It took clarifying information. Most significantly, and more than the needed repairs was the need to understand that our new purchase could be serviced by a Toyota Dealership. Unfortunately, Ian did not understand that with some advocacy and communications with upper management this could happen. It was our sales representative from Castle Rock GMC that worked to network me with a Toyota Dealership that would auppprt our needs having a Canadian car VIN. David Litti from Stevinson Toyota that came through for our long term customer dealership relationship. David made sure our recall service for the software was completed, took care of our remote duplicate, and updated the system to have our Toyota networked in the United States while training three new hires. Today, because of several needed communications Dan, Service manager came through with the help of Dylan’s listening to my story. Ian is new and handled all as well as could be expected within his decision making autonomy. However, seeking upper management when dealing with manufacturers warranties may be embraced next time. He had a series of unfortunate communication challenges. Also, dropping my keys which needed to be located at days end. He had a good attitude and navigated his way through with his teams support. I appreciate the collaborative communications and the honoring of the price agreed upon this morning in order for Castle Rock GMC to agree to payment. Yes I am now completely satisfied, because of how all was handled with integrity.

My vehicle was scheduled to be done in one day. It took 3 days, and one of the days I got no communication on the status of my vehicle. I called and texted multiple times, and nobody in the service department was able to give me an update. Lack of communication was very frustrating.
