The Bluetooth is not working correctly, dropping calls, GPS and music periodically. I was told they could not do anything about this due to what they think might be a software update issue. I told them that losing GPS or phone while driving was a safety issue, they agreed and apologized for the inability to do anything about it at this time. The car is only 6 months old, this seems unacceptable to me.
I appreciate the extra steps taken to make sure my vehicle was good to go and I was satisfied, thanks.

Randy Lee did the best job I could ask, he should be commended for doing such great work. Estimates do not include shop materials and when you have a number of things done that money adds up and exceeds the estimates that were provided. Shop material estimates should be included in the entire estimate for the jobs so that Customer can take them into account before getting the service done
Also, someone went through my center console and through my glove box. I know because there were papers on the passenger floor that had been in the glove box, and the center console was in disarray.
KC was extremely helpful getting my truck serviced and even went a step above in helping me get an Uber to work and back to pick my truck up when it was finished. Huge thanks to him and all the help he provided. He is a great addition to the team at Toyota motor city!
