I told Ian to not do any maintenance until he calls us or Merchant to approve any service jobs. And yet there’s a bill for thousand that we didn’t know of.

JP diagnosed the oil leak. Toyota did not have the part to repair as the age of the vehicle. JP provided a Colorado Springs repair shop that can do the repair.

Kevin asked me what I thought the 90K mile service included and listened to what I thought my truck needed, since I use it to tow a 5000 lb camping trailer, sometimes across country. He was prompt and honest in his communication, and cared what I thought. He also was willing to consider my budgetary needs and understood why I put off the oil change for another month or so.

The experience was amazing overall! The only thing I would say (without knowing how things run/how long mechanics take) is that I waited about 2 and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Not sure if this is typical but if it is please ignore the comment! Other than that Nick was awesome and very helpful and the accommodations were perfect!
