I am really thankful to Randy Lee and Toyota of Colorado Springs because I came from LA to visit Colorado and on the way I noticed that the car started to vibrate very strongly when I braked, I decided to risk taking my car to Toyota even though I didn't have an appointment and Randy very kindly agreed to fix my car and the service I received was fast and friendly, thank you very much Randy Lee and Toyota of Colorado Springs ????

You misdiagnosed the issue w my 4Runner, charged me $1500 for work that didn’t need to be done, and told me the noise issue was fixed. It isn’t. I am not satisfied. I am not pleased with Toyota.

I had to wait in almost 100 degrees for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to check me in (Randy) Everyone around me was getting checked in. I had one guy just keep telling me he was on he way up, but I could see Randy chatting with co workers behind the window. When Randy came finally he said sorry we had delivered. I think customers should take president over deliveries or have someone else help check in if that is the case. Then he told me that it would be about an hour and it was around and hour and 45 minutes. He never once talked to me while I was in the lobby but instead I did everything on the app. I have been coming to this Toyota since I’ve always had great service. I may change to the north Toyota due to the lack of communication and prompt service/teamwork.
