I had a very bad experience with the service department at Toyota of Colorado Springs. I had been trying to get my sun visor fixed for the past year and a half. First, the part wasn’t ordered. Then, the wrong part was ordered. Then I was told it was on back order and I kept checking and being told I was on a waiting list and would be called when it arrived. No one called so I finally called back and was told it was no longer on back order. No one ever apologized or offered any compensation for these multiple mistakes. I only went to the dealership because for this particular repair I had no other choice.

Ian is friendly and great at what he does. Awesome service and never painful to come to this service department. (Been to other dealership service depts where I can’t tell what is necessary and always feeling like I’m trying to be oversold on services. ) I appreciate their honesty so much.

He call me want me to call him back But never pick up the phone. Cannot leave it on message Have to wait until you call me back I gave him go ahead for the job for diagnosis Didn’t get back to me.about more than a month later asked me the same question did I want diagnosis for the car? I pay 670 for the diagnosis What you guys tell me what needs done the car still the same not change Thanks for nothing.

My right rear tire developed a whole right underneath the Michelin logo. Toyota ordered the tire, honored my ‘road-hazard warranty, and charged me nominally; the total was less than $50. I left totally satisfied.

Kevin was helpful with answering questions; however, whomever performed the actual service on my Lexus did not latch my hood entirely and I did not notice until it was bouncing when I was at highway speeds. A bit irritating as I did not have anywhere safe to quickly pull over and push down
