I had a very bad experience with the service department at Toyota of Colorado Springs. I had been trying to get my sun visor fixed for the past year and a half. First, the part wasn’t ordered. Then, the wrong part was ordered. Then I was told it was on back order and I kept checking and being told I was on a waiting list and would be called when it arrived. No one called so I finally called back and was told it was no longer on back order. No one ever apologized or offered any compensation for these multiple mistakes. I only went to the dealership because for this particular repair I had no other choice.
Ian is friendly and great at what he does. Awesome service and never painful to come to this service department. (Been to other dealership service depts where I can’t tell what is necessary and always feeling like I’m trying to be oversold on services. ) I appreciate their honesty so much.

My right rear tire developed a whole right underneath the Michelin logo. Toyota ordered the tire, honored my ‘road-hazard warranty, and charged me nominally; the total was less than $50. I left totally satisfied.
Kevin was helpful with answering questions; however, whomever performed the actual service on my Lexus did not latch my hood entirely and I did not notice until it was bouncing when I was at highway speeds. A bit irritating as I did not have anywhere safe to quickly pull over and push down
