I assumed that my 4runner would need a new shock, but it turned out to be that it only needed an adjustment. An unscrupulous shop could have charged me for expensive parts, but that didn’t happen here, which is why I bring my car to you guys. :-) Thanks!

I came in to purchase a key fob and have it programmed. No one told me that the key shank does not come with the $200 fob, not the parts department or the service advisor. The service department did remove a nail from one tire, I believe I would have made sure the air in all tires were set to the proper psi. They also completed work on a recall that I was not aware of. Still the visit was 2.5 hours, too long!

I had such a great experience with Sarah. She was so informative, communicated very well, discussed all the details of the assessment, and was so courteous. She made this such a great experience.
