The person that I got my appointment with (Randy) wasn’t very helpful or at least he didn’t seem like he was trying to help, he just looked bothered by me asking questions. Fortunately when I went to pick up my car, the person who filled out the paper work at the end (I believe his name is Scott), he was very kind and he explained to me the same questions I did to the other guy.
